A task description that explains what happens in certain circumstances is called a scenario.
To create new scenario, open menu in left top corner and navigate to Scenarios management. Then, click + New
to add new scenario.
Use your name of choice to identify the scenario.
Use a brief and clear description of the scenario. We recommend using a description that helps the agent understand in which situation the scenario should be invoked.
Examples of this would be:

In order for the agent to be able to interact with other applications on your behalf, you need to add these applications to the scenario. Because we allow connecting to various kinds of programs, we call them systems.
You can make a system available in the scenario by clicking + Add
, then selecting your choice from the list.
Make sure to include only systems that are vital for performing the task hand. Including unnecessary systems might lead to degradation of the agent’s performance.
